CRICKETS - Small, black jumping insects that can make very loud chirping sounds and can enter homes and businesses in search of warmth.

EARWIGS - Small insects with pinchers on their back end that can be found in gardens and can enter homes and businesses. They are attracted to damp areas and can be difficult to control once inside.

FLEAS - Small, wingless insects that feed on the blood of mammals and can cause itchy bites. They can jump 150x their body length, allowing them to go from one animal host to the next.
